When You're Tired, God Is Still Carrying You

There are seasons when life feels heavier than our strength can manage. You pray, you believe, you keep showing up, yet your heart feels worn and your soul quietly aches.

God sees that tired place.

Scripture reminds us, “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me” (Psalm 28:7). Notice it doesn’t say we must be strong on our own. It says He is our strength.

Sometimes faith looks like pressing forward. Other times, faith looks like resting—releasing the weight we were never meant to carry alone. God does not ask you to prove your endurance; He invites you to lean into His.

If you’re exhausted today, pause. Breathe. Let go of the pressure to have it all together. The same God who called you is committed to sustaining you.

Prayer:
Lord, I give You my weariness. Strengthen me where I am weak and teach me to rest in Your care. Amen.

Reflection:
What is one burden you can place in God’s hands today?
