Finding Rest When Your Soul Feels Tired

“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

Many women carry invisible weightresponsibility, expectations, unanswered prayers, and quiet exhaustion. This verse is an invitation, not a command. Jesus does not ask you to fix yourself first; He simply asks you to come.

Biblical rest is not just physical—it is spiritual renewal. When we bring our worries, fears, and weariness to God, He replaces striving with peace and heaviness with grace. Rest begins when we stop relying on our own strength and trust God to carry what we cannot.

If your heart feels tired today, know this: God sees you, He welcomes you, and He offers rest for your soul.
