A Prayer for You When Your Spirit Feels Weak

Heavenly Father, 

I come before you this day with a heart full of thanksgiving. I want to thank you mightily, Lord, for providing for us, for watching over us, and fighting our battles even when we could not see. Thank you, Lord, for always standing in space for us. And thank you, Lord, for watching over our families and friends. Lord, today we come to you with a heart full of gratitude and with a heart full of heaviness, Lord, to empty at your feet. And I believe that we will go back fully refreshed by your Holy Spirit.

I lift her to You, Lord—the woman whose spirit feels heavy and weary today. You see her struggles, her quiet battles, and the burdens she carries. The silent cries and the whispers for help, she thinks about and says all day long. Your word in Psalm 145:18 tells us that "You are near to all who call on You."

In this moment, we humble ourselves knowing You are here. Come, Lord with Your mighty presence and knot these giants down, give her peace in the midst of heaviness. When her strength falters, be her strength. When her faith feels fragile, hold her steady. Restore hope, renew her joy, and remind her that even in weakness, You are near.

Help her trust You fully and rest in Your presence, and feel Your grace surrounding her. Lift her heart, renew her courage, and gently carry her forward.
