A Harvest If We Do Not Give Up

 Grace For Her

Galatians 6:9

“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

There are seasons in life when you feel tired in ways that sleep cannot fix. You’re still showing up, still doing what’s right, still trying to move forward—but inside you feel worn out.

This verse speaks directly to that kind of exhaustion.

Being tired doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. Sometimes it means you’ve been faithful for a long time without seeing the results yet. You’ve been patient, responsible, hopeful, and consistent—and that kind of living can feel heavy after a while.

Many women today are quietly in this place. Still working, still caring for others, still holding things together, even when they feel drained. The Bible doesn’t pretend that weariness doesn’t exist. Instead, it encourages you not to give up while you’re tired.

Galatians 6:9 reminds us that faithfulness has a season of harvest. The effort you’re putting in today—the quiet prayers, the disciplined choices, the moments you kept going when you wanted to stop—those things are not wasted.

God sees the work you’re doing even when no one else notices. He sees the strength it takes to keep going.

The promise in this verse isn’t instant results. It’s something deeper: a harvest in the right time. Not rushed, not forgotten, but prepared.

So if you feel tired today but you’re still working, still trusting, still trying—take heart. Your weariness does not cancel the harvest that God is preparing.

Sometimes the most powerful faith is simply refusing to quit.
