Encouragement for the Woman Who Is Tired but Still Working

You’re tired.

Not the kind of tired that sleep fixes. The kind that sits in your chest. The kind that follows you into the morning. The kind that whispers, “How much longer?”

And yet… you’re still working.

You’re still showing up.
Still praying.
Still trying.
Still believing, even if it’s quietly.

A lot of women right now are searching things like “Why am I so tired all the time?” or “How do I stay motivated when I feel exhausted?” or “I feel burnt out but I can’t stop.” And maybe that’s you.

You’re tired of carrying responsibility.
Tired of being strong.
Tired of starting over.
Tired of waiting for things to shift.

But here’s something important: being tired does not mean you are failing. It means you’ve been fighting. It means you’ve been holding things together. It means you care.

There’s a difference between giving up and being weary. And you, you’re weary — but you’re still working.

The Bible says in Galatians 6:9, “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Notice it says “do not grow weary.” That means weariness is expected. God knows you get tired. He isn’t disappointed in your exhaustion. He promises that your effort is not wasted.

Every quiet prayer.
Every disciplined choice.
Every time you resisted quitting.
Every time you kept going when you wanted to stop.

It matters.

You may not see results yet. You may not feel strong. But tired and faithful is still faithful.

If you are tired but still working — still building, still trusting, still healing — you are stronger than you think. And the season you’re in will not last forever.

Rest when you need to. Cry if you must. But don’t believe the lie that your exhaustion means it’s over.

You’re tired…
but you’re still working.
And that counts.
